Membership

Central Coast Writers is open to writers of all interests and levels. Our ranks include everything from authors with multiple-book contracts with major New York publishing houses to folks who "just always wanted to write." You absolutely, positively do not need to be published to join Central Coast Writers.

Your membership in Central Coast Writers automatically makes you a member of our parent organization, California Writers Club—one of the oldest writers clubs in continuous operation in the country, a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit. Your membership dues help us continue to bring in quality speakers to our monthly meetings, and make you eligible for discounts on conferences, workshops and contests offered by all 21 California Writers Club branches.

MEMBERSHIP DUES:

The amount you pay
is determined by when you join.


$65 full year rate – for all new members joining between July 1 and December 31. Membership will expire on June 30 of the upcoming year. Renewal dues will be $45.

$42.50 half-year option – for new members joining between January 1 and June 30. Membership will expire on June 30 of the same year. Renewal dues will be $45. Available after January 1st.

$75 "full year plus" – for new members joining between January 1 and June 30. Membership will expire on June 30 of the following year. Renewal dues will be $45. Available after January 1st.
