The Central Coast Writers branch meets on the third Tuesday of each month except December.

New meeting place: CCW is meeting now at Casa Munras Hotel, 700 Munras Avenue, Monterey. (831-375-2411) Our branch met at Casa Munras a few years ago, but you will not recognize the place today. The hotel is now owned and managed by Larkspur Hotels. It has been completely remodeled and now has the look and feel of a 5-Star operation.

The timing of our meeting will not change. The dinner and social period will begin at 5:30pm, and the main program at 7:00pm. Speaking of dinner... Casa Munras and their highly rated restaurant, Estéban, have created a special CCW menu. You may order as much or as little as you like, or simply have a cocktail or coffee and dessert. Menu offerings start at $8, desserts $7. Full table service will be provided and each dining member or guest will pay their own check. Please come and enjoy our February speaker, see what wonderful things have happened to Casa Munras Hotel, and taste the celebrated Estéban cuisine.
